To further strengthen its commitment to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles and foster a culture of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), PANJIT recently launched the “Coloring the Future Together” Diversity & Inclusion Coloring Contest. Through creative artistic expression, the initiative encouraged employees to express themselves through color and share their visions and hopes for the future.
The event received 185 submissions and attracted 826 votes, reflecting strong employee engagement and a shared commitment to diversity and inclusion. Each artwork captured the creator’s unique emotions and perspectives, showcasing not only artistic creativity but also thoughtful interpretations of inclusion, understanding, and collective growth with the company.
Diverse Creativity, Shared Values
Participants from different backgrounds and generations used color and composition to tell their stories and express their values. Some works conveyed warmth and care, while others reflected aspirations for the future of society—together highlighting the creative energy that emerges from cultural diversity.
Through a public voting process, all employees were invited to take part in the evaluation. This made the contest not only a platform for creative expression, but also an opportunity for connection and mutual recognition, further strengthening team cohesion.

PANJIT continues to embed ESG principles into its corporate culture and actively encourages employee participation through a variety of initiatives.
